Autonomous launch operations
Tide
Turns mission procedures, rules, system states, and approvals into executable launch sequences.

Spacecraft transportation infrastructure
Passive builds the autonomous infrastructure that allows spacecraft, launch providers, spaceports, regulators, and customers to function as one coordinated network.
01 / Mission
Passive does not build the rocket.
02 / The network
A customer begins with a destination. Passive companies assemble the infrastructure required to reach it—each independently useful, exponentially stronger together.
Managed outcome
03 / The group
From mission design to fleet coordination, each company owns a critical layer of spacecraft transportation.
Autonomous launch operations
Turns mission procedures, rules, system states, and approvals into executable launch sequences.
Core capabilities
Spacecraft logistics
Moves spacecraft securely from the manufacturer through integration, launch, and orbital transfer.
Core capabilities
Spaceport operations
Coordinates shared facilities, schedules, infrastructure, personnel, and launch-site readiness.
Core capabilities
Mission assurance
Builds the traceable evidence that physical, software, procedural, and regulatory requirements are met.
Core capabilities
Autonomous site hardware
Connects hardened edge computing to sensors, ground systems, communications, and industrial controls.
Core capabilities
Mission engineering & simulation
Models dependencies, rehearses operations, and reveals mission risk before it reaches launch day.
Core capabilities
Mission data & replay
Synchronizes telemetry, decisions, approvals, video, anomalies, and actions into one replayable record.
Core capabilities
Fleet coordination
Coordinates vehicles, sites, providers, transfer systems, capacity, and schedules at fleet scale.
Core capabilities
Managed transportation
Assembles the complete transportation outcome around a payload, destination, deadline, and risk profile.
Core capabilities
04 / Shared foundation
Passive owns the standards, systems, and security architecture that connect the group. Customers can adopt one service without creating another isolated operational stack.
05 / About the creator

Founder / multidisciplinary builder
Hayden Murphy began his career in audio engineering, producing recordings in studios across North America before moving into technology and innovation research.
As a co-founder of Aerimos, he worked with Dr. Michael E. Shannon on delivery mechanisms, prototype redesigns, and advanced applications of sterilization and disinfection technology across chemical, mechanical, and applied systems.
Hayden also worked with the late Peter Warton to design sound technologies for a reverberation-based acoustic defence system.
That instinct—to cross boundaries, question inherited assumptions, and turn complex ideas into working infrastructure—now informs Passive and its mission to make spacecraft transportation operate as one coordinated system.
Earlier work / AerimosOnce above the atmosphere, a spacecraft isn't just a point in the sky. It's a data point in a living transportation system.
Design the network, not another isolated tool.
Automation must preserve accountable human control.
Every mission decision should be explainable.
